Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iTineasy mobile application ("App"), developed by Zendi Labs LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iTineasy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

iTineasy is a travel itinerary planning application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized travel plans. The App provides features including AI-powered itinerary generation, map visualization, restaurant discovery, weather forecasts, and group travel coordination.

3. User Data and Privacy

Your use of iTineasy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All trip data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud databases.

4. AI-Generated Content

iTineasy uses OpenAI's services to generate itineraries, restaurant recommendations, and menu analysis. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that trip details (destination, dates, preferences) and photos you upload are sent to OpenAI for processing.
• You understand that AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies.
• You agree to verify important details (opening hours, prices, availability) independently before relying on them.
• iTineasy is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

iTineasy offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with additional capabilities.

• Free Tier: Includes up to 3 AI-generated itineraries and basic features.
• Pro Subscription: Offers unlimited AI generations and premium features. Available as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions on Android).
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Google Maps, Google Places, and Open-Meteo. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. iTineasy is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Share or distribute your subscription access with others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of iTineasy are the intellectual property of Zendi Labs LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

iTineasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. Travel plans should always be verified independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTineasy and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to travel disruptions, financial losses, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
