PrayGate is designed with your privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

Data Storage

All app data, including prayer sessions, fasting history, growth challenges, devotional progress, and settings, is stored locally on your device using an embedded SQLite database and secure storage. Your data never leaves your device.

Screen Time & Device Activity

PrayGate uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls / Device Activity) framework on iOS to enable voluntary app blocking during spiritual practices. This feature:

Is entirely opt-in and user-controlled
Does not monitor or record which apps you use
Does not transmit any usage data
Can be disabled at any time from the app settings

No Accounts

PrayGate does not require you to create an account. There is no sign-up, no email collection, and no user profiles.

No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. There are no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no data shared with third parties.

In-App Purchases

PrayGate may offer optional in-app purchases processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. These transactions are handled entirely by the respective platform. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

PrayGate does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
