Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PrayGate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

PrayGate is a spiritual wellness application that provides guided prayer, fasting tracking, devotionals, growth challenges, and voluntary app blocking features. The App is designed to support your personal faith journey.

Subscriptions & Payments

PrayGate offers a free 7-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription:

• Monthly: $5.99 per month
• Yearly: $49.99 per year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

App Blocking Feature

PrayGate's app blocking feature uses Apple's Screen Time framework (iOS) to enable voluntary app restrictions. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• App blocking is entirely voluntary and user-initiated
• You are responsible for configuring which apps are blocked and when
• PrayGate is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by active blocking schedules
• Blocking can be disabled at any time from within the App

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal spiritual development. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to others

Data & Privacy

All app data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within PrayGate are the property of PrayGate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PrayGate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. PrayGate is a spiritual tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrayGate and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
